Q.2 Clinical Case Scenario based Structured Question (15 MARKS)
A 35 year old female visited a tertiary care hospital as a routine visit after breast cancer surgery. Her daughter informed the doctor that her mother is having a swelling on the left side of the back. On physical examination, the doctor found a prominent winging of the left scapula, including its inferior part. On asking her to push the wall against resistance, the winging became more prominent. Doctor made a diagnosis of winging of scapula.

i) Name the muscle supplied by the affected nerve. Name the movements produced by affected muscle. 3 marks

ii) Identify the affected nerve. Write its root value, course and relations. 3 marks

iii) Explain the anatomical basis of the condition. 3 marks
