A 55-year-old female attends surgical OPD with a complaint of hard, painless swelling in her right breast. On examination, the surgeon found a retracted nipple and fixity of swelling to the breast tissue and enlarged right axillary lymph nodes. On mammogram, it was found to be a carcinoma of the right breast.

i) What is the reason for retraction of nipple and fixity of swelling to breast tissue? (4 marks)
ii) Explain an anatomical basis for the spread of breast carcinoma to the brain. (3 marks)
iii) Write a note on lymphatic drainage of the breast. (4 marks)
iv) Draw a labelled diagram of arterial supply and venous drainage of the breast. (4 marks)
